from emotional to functional
The message of the campaign was crafted for each phase of the user journey. While the first layer was 100% aspirational, the final layer became purely functional to push conversion.
custom user journeys
Depending on the entry point, the HP of the website was personalized. A person coming from an emotional message touchpoint like the newsletter will see a functional conversion message, while an organic visit will see the emotional one. Even the hero visuals were customized for each type of entry.
